And, if the seas gets bumpy (fear no spray) or we get a bit of rain, go inside the salon where it’s nice and dry or go where the true fishermen go - up on the 15’ fly bridge (i.e. the Captain’s territory).

Black Pearl is US Coast guard certified for up to 6 persons and complies with all USCG regulations and safety inspections. We are fully licensed and meet all requirements for operation in the US Virgin Islands, including US Homeland Security specifications, all USVI Government licensing and regulations, and all British Virgin Islands Fisheries licensing and all other necessary BVI Governmental licensing and compliance policies and guidelines (when required). 

When fishing in USVI waters, whether daily charters or tournaments Guest do not need a fishing license to fish, they are covered under all charter boat licensing for Black Pearl. All you have to bring is a hat, sunscreen, camera, and your fish stories.  The Black Pearl crew likes to hear new ones and enjoy making up some of their own they are often referred to as The REEL Pirates of the Caribbean!
